As for the team, we'll add team members to the website in the next update. I expect by end of Feb.
A little additional proof of our legitimacy: We advise our customers to store their own coins. We even have warnings if someone has too much bitcoin on our exchange. We have been true to our word and sent T-shirts to our customers for Christmas. The exchange has no fees as promised.
