I do not understand how a coin, or token is tied to this? Will this eventually be based on a blockchain ledger? It is a good idea, and a neat site, but I do not read where it explains about the coin listing. If not an ICO, will there be mining involved? Is there a premine of some sort to fund development? Sorry for so many questions, but I became confused seeing this in coin announcements.

As mentioned, it's not an ICO. It's a solo project, it's free, and it's pretty straightforward, really.

1. You check the jobs, and you apply to the one you like.
2. As an employer, just sign up and post a blockchain gig. All the applications will flow directly to your email inbox. 

unfortunately, in your announcement and on the site I did not find enough information about the project. will there be more information? I would like to know more
