i mined some blocks to check fees and stoppe so people dont say premined

this project starts because i wanted to clone a token that i liked the project, BSOV.
not being a coder made this a little rough, but i managed to make the contract work.
tokenomics is a bit changed, you can check it in the contract code here

- POS is being discussed to be developed on another platform
- i don't care about listing so no pushing on this please, things are already discussed in appropriate place
- to mine this token you will need eth on your wallet to pay tx to get tokens when you get block reward, if gas is set wrongly you will burn it and not get rewards, beware
- you can check how much costed mining first blocks, gas was crazy high these days
