care to elaborate further why they are a scam? we know that someone can get the impression that the probability that they will scam people is high. aside from plagiarism issues, what are your issues towards them?
ive seen that their premine is about 98% of their current supply. now if this one will hit the exchanges, we know the potential that they dump their coins is high and use the strategy of pumpndump scheme.

The Quark algo you're using doesn't appear to be the standard Quark. Have you made some changes?
