-313.9 million total Change to be mined - AKA 'people' will be mined(less)
-Block reward is 300 Change per Block for all miners with an income of less than $250,000 - this is to prevent a orphan fest at release
-Block found every time Obama gives a speech or announcement
-Difficulty re-target every time someone criticizes or questions Obama
-Half of all OBC will be pre-mined to pay for everyone's heathcare
