1 coin out of 1000 coins, do you think that is scam? Again people really thing that DEV needs to work for free. Are you working for free in real life?
0.5% Pre-mine - 0.1% based on coins per block -> 0.6% pre-mine is not a lot.
And adding IPO for the small investors to be able to also have a nice amount of coins, so that not always the multipools are dumping the coins, as their stake will be less.

This is a ancient coin, correct? Why not doing a IPO like Roman and Greek coin. (2 ancient coins) This allow people with almost no hashrate to buy coins before the multipools are destroying the coin. IPOs on Roman and Greek coin has been a huge success for the IPO investors. Roman had 1ROM for 50 sats, and it was trading at 640sats, and Greekcoin IPO was 111sats per GRK, so maybe you can consider also a 2 or 3% IPO? What do you think?
