If you also promote this in micro earning section than you may get some signups as some faucet claimer will love even smalll amount of satoshi. And after looking at 100 satoshi per post i don't think most of the higher ranked user will even signup there.
You get negative trust for being in signature campaigns.

these kind of forums will die sooner or laters, they never worked unless they have something really special different than the old ones, like this one 
Payout rates are really low and attractive for anyone to go there and spend a lot of time there, on this forum you can make comparison what other campaigns are offering so that is much hard to get some active people for posting.
Even a newbies payout for signature campaigns here is higher than the forum rewards so Idon't think people would want to migrate in your forum just for a small amount. It would be nice if you could make a higher reward tho. Also is there a referral option?

I handle part of the moderating, not payments.
However, I do confirm others' payments.
Admin gets money from his google Adsense (I thin it is ADsense anyway) and has some Bitcoins anyway.
He said he created the forum to create a Bitcoin community and the price of the forum software could possibly go somewhere to prooving he is nota scammer.
It is more than $120 to purchase the software for it. If he was a scammer, would he not have considered SMF instead?
My account is easy to find as it is just the same username as this one.

Have seen one forum giving 0.0002 per post to attract more you should increase the rewards I saw you are using a xenforo forum script i love that script because of the clean template but dimple machine is a good and perfect choice because it loads quickly will bookmark your forum and looking forward to post here had some advertisement to post here hope the advertisement section is also a paying section
