It's a tough time to start a new pool, good luck.

What caught my attention was that you offer both Prop and PPLNS, but your FAQ says only PPLNS
followed by a somewhat flawed description of it. In round 5 of your example a pool hopper could
jump in to the PPLNS pool late in the round and get all shares credited while the long haulers
get aged out (the red zone). If that pool hopper left immediately when round 6 started they would also get a
share of that round.

What PPLNS really does is to psychologically discourage miners from leaving because their
shares could end up being worthless. But it's mostly a mind trick.

Offering both is a good idea, more pools should do it.

Your claim of low latency doesn't really mean much. Latency is driven by network topography, the distance
(number of network hops) between the server and miners. It seems you only have one server so a miner's
experience will depend on how close they are to your server. Stating where your server is located would be useful.
