This might take a while until you find a block and the corresponding balance is transferred to your wallet.
We suggest that you join a pool with more miners and a higher hash-rate
in order to find the block sooner and get a payout.

The previous question was about our team.
Our team consists of two guys.
We are both developers and one of us speaks Russian :-), therefore we are able to answer further questions.
We work pretty long together.
Last year we were investigating cryptocoins and pools for mining in order to find stable and well scaling pools.
We performed lots of test in “testnet mode”, eliminated bugs etc.
Afterwards we launched Sumokoin and ensured that pool find blocks and the payments are working and launched Sumokoin (http://sumo.minerfact.com) and Electroneum (http://electroneum.minerfact.com) pool.

Currently we have two servers for our Electroneum pool located in Germany. One is active; the other is an identical server in hot-standby.
The server is protected against DDoS attacks by the hoster. Furthermore, we have different mechanism in place to protect ourselves against “bad guys” and hard- or software failure.
Finally, we have an various monitoring tools running and in case of any unexpected circumstances the admin team is notified and can react immediately.
We're working daily on the pool to make it more reliable and scalable to fulfill the miners desires.

Can you please give us a little more information about your server maintenance procedures? Do you only have one server for ETN mining? Do you have any disaster recovery solutions?
