Sure it does. Blockchain is a mechanism from whom we track the source,origin,supply,quality of water and also end of delivery data.Is the technology already under full development and if yes, how far have you gotten until now? Is there a prototype and does the tracking work reliably?

Can't really catch how transforming salt water into pure is connected with blockchain. It might be useful while tracking the process, but not quite sure if it necesary, indeed.
