Irfan brings trust and confidence but it is not enough, the onus is on the XIRCUS team to prove that this time it is different. I do hope they have learned their lessons, launching a project plus tokens require a lot of skills and knowledge, exchange listing, and being able to create good liquidity for the tokens are very important plus pumpalogy. Some people may want to deny that they are in for the tech, but this is a lie, if a project launch with a bang 10X, it creates excitement and draw people to the project, including influencers, and makes the community happy, most people are here because of the success of BTC, we now have BTC millionaires and I believe we will see BTC Billionaires very soon. 

It was just a bad time for the project to enter the market, many projects that came at that time had a similar trend, though some may not have been delisted. They seem to have learned from their first launch, Irfan was the bounty manager, of course they met all their promises, and I think this is what contributed to the support from investors.

It seems the project is back, I notice Irfan has started a new campaign to generate new interest for the project and token, the team did not make the most of the last bull market, I saw rubbish project launch their tokens and able to gain traction, hope this time they will be able to get it right. I don't know their full plan now but it seems they are looking to raise new capital for the project

I lost track of the announcement thread for this project and was willing to ask the bounty manager for one until I saw this. Since the bounty, I have followed the project and have seen consistency in the development of the project as well as keeping it followers informed about developments. The project, however, only provides a channel for the project without access to chat, discussion, and I'm not sure if there is a team member available to answer important questions here. As the project is in the process of launching a new cryptocurrency in few weeks, I really want to know what will happen to previous holders of the coin?

CG and CMC will not help a lot to push the price. Even when it gets listed in CMC and it doesn't mean the demand for xircus will increase drastically. You must always remember that of so many people didn't familiar with this project. I thought that cex listing could be a thing that will help the price a little bit but the time will tell us about this.

The team needs to prove it through development progress. As far as i know that the price for xircus has been going down a lot due to the bitcoin dump but the dump on metaverse tokens were also affecting the price of xircus. I thought that it's too early for the team to say that their tokens will be reaching $1. It's not traded below 10 cents. Saying that if the token will reach $1 is just another BS by the team.
They must not do that if their project is still in the development progress and theres' not thing that can be proven.

Is this valuation really possible?

$1 is still far, so not gonna expect it too soon. either they need to increase liquidity in pancakeswap or list this in another exchange with relatively high trading volume.
when are they deploying their Defi studio or skin marketplace? because don't expect the price will increase if they don't have anything up and running yet.
because you can only have high expectations if their services are already operational.

Agree with you. I accept several reasons for delaying the Xircus public sale/IDO, But it will be bad if there is another delay, Because one of the reasons for the delay is due to market conditions, now the market has recovered.
Regarding strategic partnerships, Xircus does need more partnerships and supporters, especially investors such as SNZ, AVA Capital, AU21Capital, Titan Ventures, and many others who can be contacted. If Xircus has their support, then the public sale will proceed quickly and Xircus will not be short of funds for development.

 and i see that the team was responding this question in the telegram group if TGE will be happening at the end of this month. It seems like there will be a blog before the launch of TGE and you can expect the xircus token to go live in the next month. This may be delayed again but that depends on the decision that will be taken by the team. I personally think that there must not be another delay consider we have entered in the bullish trend.

Anyway, as they are exploring their opportunity in NFT industry, they need to be aggressive in attracting those artists, preferably with names already in the industry, as it can attract potential buyers. But of course, once they already established their names, even new artists can deploy their artworks. They may offer very economical prices here.
