What is BitEnergi ?

BitEnergi is a concept that was developed in 2014, concept which came into it's final form as of November 2017. It is based on allowing people to legally own real word assets, namely hardwood trees by just depositing the BitEnergi token in the vault of our company until the contract will expire. BitEnergi token will work on Ethereum's ERC20 token standard.

Why hardwood trees ?

The answer is simple: Growing trees is bringing a lot of profit. We believe it is the most profitable asset to own.

Is BitEnergi going to be based on a virtual corporation ?

No, BitEnergi is going to be based on a real life corporation/company. As we develop the project we will provide the scans of Certificate of Registration and other related documents.

Where is BitEnergi going to operate ?

BitEnergi office will operate in Bucharest, Romania which is part of European Union. The nursery and plantation will operate in the Philippines where BitEnergi will also be incorporated.

When is the Pre ICO starting and finishing ? Are there any volume bonuses for participating ?

Pre ICO is starting on 15th of January 2018 and ending on 15th of March 2018. We believe in egalitarian spirit of crypto-currencies and we will not offer any kind of volume bonuses. We will also not hurry up people to buy our token and make them feel like they lose something if they will not participate. Nowadays most of the new ICO's find all sorts of ways to psychologically pressure people and manipulate them into buying, something that we despise and we are totally against.

What we want to do is to convince the crowd by growing trust in a natural way. We consider this a crowd funded project, the crowd is what will grow this project and our first mission is to not disappoint the participants. If you are in for the fast profits then this project is NOT for you.

What do you need from us, the crowd ?

It might seem weird but first of all it is not the money that we need from you. We are looking to form a community of like-minded people that share the same vision with us. We would not like to have people fund our project just to make a fast profit as soon as the token will be listed on exchanges.

Why should we participate and fund your project ? How can we be so sure we are going to have a profit from the tokens we will receive ?

First of all, our project is 'green'. We consider this a much better option than to buy a token for a blockchain lottery or for some hard to understand solution to a problem that is not vital to human kind.

Secondly, our project will be only one of the few that will back the tokens sold with real life assets. Even if these assets will not be owned by future customers, they will be owned by BitEnergi which will eventually produce a big profit and allow us to dramatically increase the value of the token. In case the trees will become a hot sale in the crypto world, this is also going to be great, as the owners will have to remove temporarily from the market a big number of tokens which will increase it's value.

What is the profit that the trees will bring and after how long ?

After harvesting, one hectare of trees will value $60,000. The amount of tokens that the owners need to deposit temporarily in our vault is equivalent of $4,000 per hectare or $2.00 per tree. This is a profit of 1,500 % for 12 years or 125 % per year with a very low risk and with the advantage that the tokens will be returned to the owner. The harvesting time is after 12 years since planting and people can start owning the trees as soon as it will be planted in June/July. Customers will also be able to sell these trees before harvest on our future online platform.

What will happen with the project in case it will not be funded ?

The project will stand. We will look for our own ways to fund it and develop it slowly.

Who are the team members as of now ?

Besides the founder of the project, our team members from the close circle of the founder, are all like-minded and so trustworthy, as the founder knows them for more than 2 decades:

1. Vasile Lucian - Project Manager at WDP Romania. He is the manager of several projects of WDP in Romania.
2. Margarita Lazova - CEO at Flowminds, from Bulgaria. She was the founder of Imoti.net Bulgarian real estate portal which ranked #1 for many years and also owner of several other websites.
3. Dragoș Sarchizian - Senior Account Manager at UPC Romania, as good in sales as a person can ever get.

The team members in the Philippines are:
1. Mrs. Sarah Rojas - Soil Specialist, ex-government employee
2. Mr. Edwin Jumangpang - Also an ex-government employee, he will be the operating officer in the Philippines that can deal with a multitude of tasks, from employing people to finding available land.

All the people chosen by the founder to take part in this project did not exhibit any love for money at any point in their relationship with the founder and this was the main criteria on which they were chosen to be part of the project.

What is the next step in case the Pre ICO will be funded ?

The next step will be to immediately start the biggest Mahogany tree nursery in the Philippines which will be located in Zamboanga del Norte nearby Dipolog City. At the same time we will look for lands to lease with the intention to plant enough to cover all the money received. The seedlings will be grown until June/July when the Mahogany will be planted.
At the same time, everything will be documented and posted as a proof. We will also record a lot of videos pertaining to BitEnergi and have interviews with officials in Zamboanga del Norte which will certainly side with our project. Our photographer in Zamboanga del Norte is ready for action anytime. All the videos will be posted on our Youtube channel and we will update BitEnergi thread as often as possible.
As of now we have 10 hectares available for the nursery which is more than enough to grow in the future even up to 20 million seedlings every season.

Is there anything that can stop the project from being pursued once it was funded ?

We are aware to what happened recently to Confido ICO. This type of people are what is lowering the chance for success of good projects. As of now there is no law in Romania or Philippines that can stop our project. We also have the highest desire to plant the trees and do good to the local jobless people in Zamboanga del Norte. We consider the project as fulfilled if it will be funded even at 5 % of maximum, and this is going to be the greatest thing we have accomplished in our lifetime.

Are you accepting any early Venture Capitalist ?

We are certainly having an open mind. Any proposal can be discussed and certainly not ignored. If you feel that you can bring an early success to the project, we can even offer shares in BitEnergi company besides tokens proportional to the money offered.
