how to backup that wallet??? when you get new phone?
I have already lost some money on old phone because there is no backup for this wallet.
and support email doesn't work on web site

As you may know, QuarkChain launched its mainnet at the end of April 2019. qPocket is the first mobile wallet that supports QuarkChain, the first public blockchain who successfully implemented state sharding technology.
Mainnet
You cannot make transactions on QuarkChain Mainnet for now. QuarkChain will enable the transaction function after the token swap. qPocket will support token swap soon. Please follow our official channel for the latest announcement.

Devnet — All tokens on Devnet has NO market value, only for test purpose.
