You would have to buy every single mined coin and can't have an MN until at least 139 days, if you're the only one planning on buying an MN, if anyone else wants one then the buy orders aren't just you and you'll have to wait longer or pay more OR you can do what op wants and buy his premined coins he will dump to make money off this shitcoin, he quickly generated.
