yes, every member who registers on the ICO-website gets his own ref-link and can refer other users. You find all infos on the website and in the whitepaper. The correct URL for the ICO, where you find all this, is https://ico.s-pay.me!
The URL you mentioned is also functional, but you entered it wrongly. The domain is also SSL-secured and now this is the correct link https://s-pay.me.
This is the URL of the existing S-PAY Offshore Payment Service Website, which is offered since 2008 and will be the base of the new crypto off-shore payment system with S-PAY Coins, which is the content of this ICO.
So everything is completely secure, as you can see.

Yes, especially as an existing payment-system, we cannot neglect the possibilities of cryptocurrencies. Also our existing customers and community demand it.For this reason, the whole system is being redesigned now. It has been a stand-alone system up to now but it will become a multi-connected one! Also APIs and Plugins for existing CMS-systems, shops, exchanges and more are currently being developed. (also a plugin for Wordpress/Woocommerce is a very important part of that development - so yes, this is being worked on).
On top of this, the new S-PAY system and also it's existing and future community will get an own cryptocurrency, the S-PAY Coin (SPC). Using the SPC within the S-PAY network, instead of other currencies (Fiat & Crypto, which could also be used in the system), brings a lot of advantages for the users, like discounts, special offers, bonuses etc... And, as it is a POS-Coin, you can "save" it and get mining rewards and can shop even more.
So by making use of all these possibilities, it shall become a community-project and, therefore, we want to offer shares in this "new" S-PAY system and its company for our existing customers and all other interested people. (ico.s-pay.me)
