Not going to get a positive response here, I think.
ICO fatigue set in a while ago..............

To bad all the crap ico's have tainted all offerings, even potentially good ones.
This is real estate crowdfunding...Not a coin meant to be used for shopping, its used to invest in real estate projects.
With that said, i will research a coin option with mining.
Specs would be a bit different as market rate would be determined by miners and traders.

Will consider this and post an update. Thanks for the input.

Introduction

Real Estate wealth is in transition with aging baby-boomers retiring, this is resulting in a shift in wealth to new and younger investors and buyers of real estate. There are many options to choose from when investing in real estate including; turnkey properties, land development and rehab properties. When looking at sources of income, profits and equity the best real estate investors combine a mix of buying to rent, renting to own, flipping, financing and drawing out equity after forced appreciation.

What?

We have created a real estate crowd funding investment utilizing both a tradable token and non-tradable assets that represent a stake in real property.

The token will be utilized by holders to either invest in real estate projects designated by its own asset or trade on both on the NXT exchange for NXT and BTC, XMR and LTC markets on external exchanges. The token itself will be distributed via Crowd sale. Each real estate project will also have its own non-tradable asset. Holding this asset will enable the investor to receive interest earnings.

The main area of focus for these projects will be the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding communities due to our base being situated in the GTA and vast knowledge of the area. We would not rule out properties outside of the local market or Canada that my present a good opportunity.

-   Annual population growth of 100,000 representing 40,000 new households per year

The Token Crowd sale - An Alt-Coin friendly crowd-funding campaign

Each project asset allows its holder to receive quarterly interest payments in the form of BTC or NXT. Each projects earnings will be different from the other according to its specifications and Token holders will have the opportunity to choose exactly what projects they wish. Tokens not put towards projects will not earn interest but will maintain their initial btc value at minimum or higher according whatever value the market determines. Tokens held in projects would not be accessible by it’s so it is recommended that investors distribute tokens wisely and possibly withhold some for trading purposes if they wish. Holding tokens in projects will also dramatically decrease the current available supply to new investors that did not buy in during the initial crowd sale.

Here are some key highlights of the Token, its uses, projects and earning interest:

-   Token sale 0.004 BTC per
-   50,000 Maximum total coins will be made available
-   Token used to contribute to projects (assets) of choice
-   50 total contributor’s maximum per project
-   Minimum investment amount required according to project.
-   Each project will be represented by a separate asset.
-   Holders of Token can invest towards a project by purchasing its designated project asset
-   All projects will have a determined length according to its type.
-   This asset will be non-tradable and will enable the holder to receive earned interest
-   Each asset will have its determined rate of return to be paid quarterly, according to the specifications of such projects.
-   Once Tokens are put towards projects they are no longer accessible to their owner until the project has reached its determined completion date.
-   Token can also be traded immediately for NXT and a BTC and other market listings will be sought out
-   Token will always be backed by original purchase value of 0.004 BTC, therefore if trading it, do not short yourself
