Hybrid investments market

Venture investments, as well as securities, are leaders in the number of deals made.
But ICO being a young fundraising instrument catches up. Nevertheless, all of them have their own drawbacks.

The main VC’s shortcoming concerns its low liquidity.
Investors have to wait for years for the return on their investments.
Liquidity takes place only in the cases of IPO or M&A deals.

At the same time, ICO is stereotypically associated with the abundance of fake projects.
Teams managed to collect huge sums on the unproven ideas last year.
But now it is evident this approach will lead us to nowhere.
What is more many tokens being sold are security tokens (what means that these are actually securities),

But the only thing I felt somewhat strange is that, in funds committed and invested section it asking for minimum of 5 ETH (Koven Testnet), and it is getting automatically populated in both sections. Once we go to payment through Metamask the transaction is not going through and showing funds insufficient as the funds allocated while registering is only 5 KETH and that consumed by the contract while fund creation. Ultimately I had search for some other means to get extra KETH to get the Funds Creation contract to be executed. May be the developers increase the initial fund value or decrease the minimum fund investment for contract creation.
