For me personally I've been on both sides of the hiring experience: looking for a job and trying to fill an open position on my team. Both experiences are complicated and overwhelming. The platform we're developing, especially its use of blockchain technology, can greatly change this experience for everyone. It will allow job seekers to find jobs that are a better fit which means overall happier people. Businesses will be able to streamline the job search and hiring process, as well as find people who are the right fit for a position; this means less turnover, stronger culture, and a savings to the company's bottom line. I see it as a win-win for everyone.
