Your project is quite good, because it doesn't implement ICO, and directly sells it on exchange, I will look forward to more detailed information about your project, I see your site doesn't contain a lot of information.
That's doesn't set this apart from any other "ICO", it is just a different way to collect funds from people, but in essence it's still an ICO.
