What is the Divistock Blockchain?
The Divistock Blockchain will allow publicly traded companies to create a token on our blockchain which directly reflects their share price. We plan to use a trusted oracle to aggregate index data to reflect an accurate share price for each company. As long as the company has a public asset which people trade they will be allowed to create a token.
Why would a company create a token on the Divistock Blockchain?
Everyday we see public companies coming up with ways to get into the “crypto craze” like changing the name of their company yo incorporate the word “blockchain”. Stunts like this are an attempt to trick investors into thinking a company has an added value. Divistock gives companies a legitimate, SEC compliant way to raise funding through our token creation. Each company will be allowed to host an ICO, get their token listed on exchanges, and make a percentage of the transaction fees from their companies token.
Why will investors buy an asset token rather than the asset?
The idea is to allow investors to buy a companies value with crypto. Investors will now be able to day trade, invest, trade options, etc all using crypto. There is no need to convert from fiat to crypto or vice versa. We believe this is something investors want and something that is necessary in the our future.
