I'm sorry to say that this is a project without a future. Every large library in the world already has everything digitized and pass it to a decentralized database blockchain is incredibly easy and cheap for these large libraries, and not so big, it will be something common soon. No project is needed to cover this aspect.
The increasing collateral and the low proportion to mining, will make the currency drown by itself. All those who arrive at MN and then if it goes to Exchange, they will pour all the first day because it is a simple project, rather an excuse to create a currency.
Sell premine? fraud. The best coins and master, are nourished by what is mined every day. If they sell pre-mine, the risk of disappearing without reaching Exchange is very high. And they neglect the miner abysmally with 10% of very low rewards. I do not even think that it reaches an exchange.
And well, I'm sorry, but the project has no use in real life. There are already companies assembling Blockchain Database to whom they ask, they do not need to depend on external development. So the idea itself is not good.
