Yes. General idea is that we pay out all coins from the tickets. This site is about promoting zetacoin not making profit.

When you select number of tickets, system by default displays 1,2,3,4,5 for each ticket.
Then you can change numbers manually by changing each number or use PICK button - system will randomly pick numbers for you.
In the case you describe someone did not use any of these and just ordered 1,2,3,4,5.
You can always hit Buy button and see how it works, then close if you do not want to order.

Most likely it was when it was being tested. The lottery numbers matched the NY numbers this morning when I went to go play.
