Sa tingin ko lang mahihirapan yung iba mag migrate and maintindihan yung mga bagay na medyo complicated (this is for non-technical or no interest with these kinds of things). Marami kasi akong nakikilala, sinasabi nila, oo gusto daw nila secure pero pag andyan na, wala na silang ginagawa about it. I hope yun talaga maintindihan nila when it comes to email or any thing that could concern your security. Parang yung mga sinusuggest ko sa iba na password manager, it's very helpful not only for techy persons but also for the non-techy ones, basically everybody.

We consider that ProtonMail is the best and secure than others, pero kahit ilan pang alternatives email account na gagamitin mo as long as there is enable for the 2FA for other layers of security then, your email account will be safe. Pero may nabasa ako na kailangan mo pang gamitin ang function of Protonmail to send encrypted messages to external users like Gmail users, yahoo mail or even thunderbird mail which is good if you are firefox browser. So, what if kung mag send ka ng message sa Gmail users? Protonmail is not based in US, dun pa lang siguro medyo kumpyansa na tayo pagdating sa privacy 
Ang alam ko meron din silang VPN service. Isa sa pinakagusto ko ay yung pwede i-set yung email mo sa isang tao to self-destruct in xxx no. of days.

Good thread but I guess it's still every individual choice on what provider they'll get, basically Protonmail is really for better protection between our messages as it use end-to-end encryption at yung feature na self-destruct is what I like sa kanila. Still sa Gmail malakas naman rin yung security feature nila because they got 2FA enabled or yung backup email to rely whenever na ma compromised ang isang account. Mabisa pa rin talaga na lagi siguruhing secured ang accounts natin at always change passwords regularly or other feature for safety of our accounts.

Just a suggestion kung ang mga messages niyo ay for your personal security better to have protonmail as your provider but if you have nothing to hide wala namang masama sa Gmail AFAIK, just IMO.
