With 100 EUR you'll be fine. I made more research and it looks like they do allow SEPA transfers to fund the card.

I am not sure what you want to do with IBAN, you can use Bitcoin. However, their site is not updated yet to see how could you use IBAN (I didn't understand if you want to get money out of wirex or fund your card like that).
However, the limits for non-verified accounts are very low since that last regulations (250 EUR iirc), so I don't think it worth the hassle.
