I want to test this service and ordered a small charge of around 40 SIMS.
OP was very fast & helpfully! Today (around 7 days after payment, inside EU) the package arrived:
The numbers are written on the backside of each card under the scratch-off panels for Pin & Puk. Everything looks fresh and also the packaging was very good.
I tested 1 SIM for a account creation on Twitter (SMS activation) and it workes perfectly (I use proxies too!) - I'm very happy!
So far I can fully recommend OP if someone wants to order a lot of activated SIMS in a short time - You will not find better prices for that Quality and delivery time!

Sim cards have roaming activated as they are delivered and they can receive SMS. Depending on the quantity you want to buy and destination country I might be able to send free samples.
