Why would we offer something like this?
We believe in privacy and protecting your self physically location is key in preserving your  privacy
10 Euro/Month and NO KYC or ID is required
You contradict yourself, you mentioned that you believe in privacy and then ask users to send $ 10 or ask to send their personal ID?
In other words, you either pay 10 dollars or sell your identity to get the money. Either way, you are the winner.

The site needs SSL certificate, how can it protect others ID (provide privacy)?

We never ask for an ID, we let the user define the name it self, and then we match the incoming mail against what the user has put as name

I would've understood the point of offering this service if it was for receiving packages and forwarding them, but letters? Barely anyone uses that in third world countries, let alone Europe.

Your service is also overpriced even compared to reship companies, especially if we take in consideration that you're only scanning letters and sending their digital copies to emails.

I think you misunderstood. It's 10 euro/month and no KYC or ID, which means you can use their services by paying 10 euro per month without doing KYC or submitting personal details. Of course, the reality could be very different, but their text doesn't say like that.
