Once you buy it it'll be shippped to u in closed envelope. You'll have to register it in iBre (it's e-panel of the card). There are basic datas required like name, surname, phone number, adress and of course numbers of the card which are provided in envelope. Actually these datas are collected only for your safety meaning you can use some fakedatagenerator and use card in normal way BUT if you get it stolen they it may be a problem...
Reloadable cards require some sort of registration, usually involving a SSN. How do these work?
