Now even CryptoPay is affected. The new MasterCard they sent me is also going to be rendered useless for those outside Europe. I am from Malaysia. CryptoPay has just informed me and other card users that they no longer issue cards

Just 1.000 euros lifetime maxim limit of withdrawal transactions is very, very smal, insuficient to be profitabil when pay 15 euros plus other fees. I search a option with anon BTC card with minim 5.000 - 10.000 lifetime limits. If you know some in this limits please post about. Thanks.

All of those services are bound by law to identify every person conducting business with them or using their services. Some banks may allow multiple cards to one person with multiple accounts attached to them, however that person is breaking the terms by giving them out to anonymous people, they will ultimately steal all the money from those accounts or be shut down by the issuing bank.
