And, like I said, NO ID IS REQUIRED for this product. And still - it is not a normal bank account, since it doesn't allow outgoing transactions, it only allows its holder to withdraw cash at ATM.

It doesn't make any sense. You advertise an anonymous bank card with card holder's name on it... it just... doesn't make any sense. If there's card holder's name then it is registered on him so every incoming transaction will show the recipient. It is just a normal bank account. Curious about the documents, you still haven't said if there is passport scan needed.
Btw Latvia is the "offshore" country from eastern europe, don't think that these come from somewhere else.

Don't want to be rude, but if you know any other way to start a new business, to start promoting it on internet - lets say forums, and have existing history and 1000 posts, please tell me. 1. Anonymous bank account is long gone. History. And I agree, it is impossible to open one without ID or maybe even personal appearance at the bank. But hey, we're talking about ATM card. Since you have a nickname, which clearly shows that you are in the business, you should clarify this terms to yourself. And I am not sure where did Latvia come from?

2. What do you mean by that? That this kind of a card is cheaper? Or maybe similar card, but with lower limits? Please be accurate. However, I'm sticking to price I've posted, I have to eat something too. Or try finding a bank prepared to issue such card yourself and I am sure it will cost you less than what my price is. But I'm not to sure, which bank will issue a single card for you

3. There is CARD HOLDER embossed on the card, like it is written on my website and in the first post here.

Well I've looked for some info about Lativa's cards. What I found out:
1. There is no possibility (by any bank) to make an anonymous bank account. Every singe one requires a Passport copy. Well you were tricky by posting NO ID OR BILLS cuz a passport is required. Nice try.
2. Just DIY, 1,5h of searching in google would save me about 200$ or more.
3. If no docs are required (somehow you passed question 1) who's name is printed on the card ?

it was interesting up to your price. then i looked at your non-existent history on this forum and realized whats going on.
