I believe we have no way to help you based on the descriptions you give here  Roll Eyes It is partly your fault for using unorthodox wallets. We have always suggested and emphasized that users on this forum should use Electrum as the safest wallet. You didn't do that. Sorry, but I think we can't do anything for you. They do not reply to your messages, all you should do is give up. Sorry about that  Roll Eyes From now, be extra careful in any future transactions or options.

Thank you for your answer
I hope so and my account is released

You said
that the last conversation with them was yesterday.
can you show me

you not get you money
i wait alredy 6 month for finihed KYC verification
they lie everyday - soon will be finished

I advise you to contact the police as I did.

Any update on your support ticket number?

no
i wait 6 month when you finished KYC. you answere every day - "wait, soon will be finished" and nothing else
i think you just have to scoff at the customers, and you are not going to return the money. only for this, after six months of waiting, I contacted the police, provided all the data and photos of the correspondence between me and your support team. and also provided all the facts that I was able to collect on the Internet

ChuckBuck already answered this, but here's a screenshot...

In case this screenshot isn't showing you... There's also the screenshot you, yourself have posted: https://imgur.com/a/ET0nCML => this also very clearly shows yesterday's timestamp on the withdrawal request.

Today is Wednesday the 8th of April, so Tuesday the 7th of april was yesterday... Hence you had this conversation only yesterday. Freewallet is not a wallet, and their support is not fast... But if you jump trough their hoops you'll have a decent chance of getting your funds unlocked.

Don't get me wrong: i'm not a fan of them, i think they misbrand their exchange and mislead people into thinking they're a wallet. I don't like the fact that they do not disclose on which grounds they freeze accounts. I don't like the fact that they're slow in their actions after freezing an account... I would never use them, I would never recommand them, but most cases do seem to resolve eventually.

2) A clear photo of your identification document in English: an international ID or a driver’s license (both sides). Scanned and cropped images are not accepted

The requested info should be in English.
The document must be valid for a minimum of 3 months.

Well, freewallet is basically an exchange pretending to be a wallet. Even worse: they tend to let little transactions slip by to give the impression they're a wallet. But then, by using some sort undocumented and undisclosed algorithm, they freeze your account when you withdraw a lot at once. You're not in controll of your keys, so you're not in controll of your funds.

The good news is that they are quite active on this forum, and i've seen loads of people that were willing to jump trough freewallet's hoops getting their funds unlocked eventually... The timestamp on your mail also indicates that the last conversation with them was yesterday.

Their account manager will probably enter this thread pretty soon.

One word of advice: once you get this mess cleared, move to a real wallet... Since it seems you're holding >0.7 BTC i'd suggest a hardware wallet (i have both ledger and trezor products and i can say i'm happy with them). For ~€100 you'll be in controll of your own keys, nobody is going to push some KYC BS on you again when you want to move funds from your hardware wallet...
