I heard about some cheap electricity at the Island, they're discounting for electricity at those so do you have a plan for it ? Because i think it will help you to increase much your profits.
I see in one city in New York, the city of Plattsburgh is a good place to do mining, because it has hydroelectric dams, so people pay only 4.5 cents dollars per kilowatt in 1 hour.
and I do not want to talk about a moratorium on electricity there, but to my knowledge, is there any other good place to do mining besides in Plattsburgh city?
What is the point of this, yeah we already know that they have one of the cheapest electricity but crypto miners cant mine in that location, because they already banned cryptocurreny mining in plattsburgh. in that case just google electricity pricing based on countries and look at the tables that come up. 4.5 cents is low but not the lowest. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electricity_pricing
there are also countries that have varying price for electricity based on your usage. for example when you use less than certain amount (100 kwh) the price will be 0.9 cent, from 100-200 kwh it will be 1 cent and so on. so a miner may end up paying a higher price than a normal home user.
It is very difficult to find a good city for bitcoin mining, most importantly we have to look at the cost of electricity in mining.
