Localbitcoins have explained the problem regarding sending bitcoins out from wallet. Did you read that?
Sounds like a problem at localbitcoins. Perhaps you should contact them?
wow, this is bad. 1.5 hrs and not 1 confirmation!
So i sent out of localbitcoins and it has taken 20 min to process, and does not show on blockchain and it has been over 40 min. What am I looking at here?
