there maybe solution with existing methods in bitcoin core
because some site list the top 100 value addresses , that's so cool, isn't it ?

That's for UTXOs of an address, not all addresses in UTXO. I think there's no tool that can do it (at this time).

Use gettxoutsetinfo. But you'll have to be synced or it won't be accurate.
BTW anyway to list the addresses in utxo.
