I think it looks pretty good.  Not familiar with that mobo but you might be able to get 6 cards out of it if you get some x1 to x16 risers.  You might want to check on ebay for risers.  They come from Hong Kong at a cheap price, but it might take a few weeks  : Embarrassed

You might need another stick of RAM, on my 7970's I use 1.5 gigs of ram per card.

get 8gb ram if you want to mine LTC as well

powered risers you need to make, it might seem intimidating but it's just soldering two wires at the of the day
here is the guide https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/guide-how-to-make-your-own-pcie-extender-with-molex-76121

everything else seems fine, maybe go the dual core cpu so you can get it all from umart :p

also the asrock extreme 4 mobo at umart is definetly on the BAMT supported mobo list working with 4 cards if you plan to use that distro, think it's only $105ish too

PSU4 (1050W)    $  275.00    Seasonic 1050W 80Plus Gold Full Modular

Case    $           -      Milk crate
HDD    $    15.00    Some USB stick
Cabling x4    -    16x to 16x Powered Riser Cable

Only thing I have left to do is find the Powered Riser cables... which seems to be quite challenging.

EDIT: This is still conceptual but I am about to go get the parts to make this.
Expected stats:
Hash rate between 2400 kHz and 2600 kHz
Power consumption about 20.544 kWh @ $5.5 to run each day

Outstanding questions:
Where did you guys get your powered risers from?
Do I link the GFX cards in XFire, or can I leave them standalone? (Naturally running headless on a flavour of linux)
