How long have u been running it. It stopped at that 76-81 temperature? I thought that was a good temp?

U switch PSU. Are u using bitmain PSU or a different PSU?

It was showing 3 boards mate, rebooting via logging in done nothing and still showed 3 boards, it ONLY went to 2 boards when i physically unplugged it ?

I have checked the ribbon cables between controller and board and is fine.

Also my other faulty miners only show 2 boards, they are the new type self adjusting fan speedd/frequency as well...So it is the norm for me.

I have also swapped pcie-e connections from good board and even new psu's.

NOT worth sending back as they are 11.5Th models and run at 9.6Th !!!

Just hate losing hash power when i have access to free leccy !

It is only showing 2 boards bro, something is going on with the controller I'm telling you. Try the ribbon cables 1 by 1 on each card till you find the bad cable or board. If you will notice when you add the 2 it shows together with the amount of each one, it will be full speed. 1 board is not showing at all.

Trust me I have over 20 s9'2 and they have different versions of firmware yet all of them show all 3 boards.

Yes I have boards that do not even show up on the miner status screen. For example it will say Chain 6, Chain 7 but no Chain 8

Wow. I have never seen this. I started buying from them in the s3 era too. Even swapping the ribbons you still never see the card at all? I understand you may swap and only see 2 again, but are you sure its the same 2 cards? If so, I have to say that's a dead ass board and a problem that luckily I have never seen.

Yes I have boards that do not even show up on the miner status screen. For example it will say Chain 6, Chain 7 but no Chain 8

How long is bitmainwarranty taking for turn around these days? I communicated with them about a bad board and they were very responsive, like 3 replies within 24 hours. As soon as I sent them the board they stopped responding entirely. They have had possession of my board for 10 days according to UPS and they have ignored 3 different messages from me about the progress or even to confirm they got it.

In the past they fixed my S7 board and had it back in the mail to me faster than this... Huh

Are you sure about this? I have 30 antminers I just ordered, have maybe 4 or 5 bad boards that I'm prepping to send to Bitmainwarranty, and I've tried switching the cables and PCI-e's to no avail.

I am saying that it should still show the board unless it is really bad. I have 1 machine that has some chips out, but it still shows in the config screen. Do your bad boards not show on the config screen at all?

Bitmain Warranty is NOT run by Bitmain. They will fix your miners but charge you for the time/repairs/hardware.

The website is looking good, but I'm worried it might be a fraud...Has anyone from Europe actually sent boards here? Because I'd much rather send it to the country next to mine than have it go to China for 2 months.

Hi Scrappy, not checked the Serial Number yet...Can not adjust Frequency etc as it's latter self setting type..I know what card it is as i have screen shot below, plus it does NOT have a red 'stop dog' light on stating it's OK....

Photobucket doesn't work anymore these days (they want you to pay extra money for third party viewing), you need a new image hoster. Imgur works well if you're not trying to embed it in a post.

I can tell you that many of my later s9'2 will shut down a card, yet run nonstop. It sounds like a heat issue to me.

Can you adjust the speed? Or have you already?
