Sparrow96 has already created an accusation against butterswap bounty campaign a month back --> BUTTERswap Deceived Bounty Hunters

The account manager of the campaign already got red tags from two DT members and has an active flag as well, it's clearly another cam campaign. There's a chance that the accounts which still give bounty reports till now are a bot to bump the bounty thread, farmers, or people who don't read all pieces of information of that campaign.

very likely that those users dont care about the warning. am seeing a lot of noobs still posting their entries.  Roll Eyes some sr, member. anyway, the OP has done his part. every hunter has his own responsibilities when it comes to bounty hunting, so dont cry at the end if you just wasted your effort and resources joining this crap project. and btw, the profile of the BM is also inactive for a month already. a lot of red signals are already laid out and yet hunters are still posting??? the reason why a lot of users here are being screwed because they ignore the reality

I don't know after posting scam accusation thread why people keep joining without any reasons. It is big alert for this people that you are joiningin  wrong section.

The simple solution for this problem is do not join any campaign manage by brand new or newbie account since there is high chance that they will not pay any one. Even they promise to pay in popular crypto currency if they will not going to secured funds from escrow you should ignore that kind of campaign . Better join in known manager so you can be sure you will get your payment in time .

Scammers can also buy a ranked account or few merits to rank up a new account in one month. It's not about the profile rank of the bounty manager.
Scammers target is always newbies without critical sense to do the job what ever the reputation of the campaign beyond experienced people.

Recently, i read a topic about escrowing the bounty pool. It would be a great idea to stop those scammers from advertising fake projects using bitcointalk. It can't be set as a rule but it surely prove the credibility of the campaign.
yes i presented a topic where the use of escrow in bounty was significant because at this point everyone is a respectable step for hunters. In fact, it is true that a project can manage the bounty by purchasing any high rank account and they can easily cheat in the future. However, I have seen that almost all newbie accounts have managed more scam bounties this year, so we should refrain from bounties of low rank accounts.

I think it's not just about choosing the right manager. In addition to check the bounty manager profile history (whatever the platform), a hunter should do his own researches about the project itself. Sometimes you don't have to check who is managing the project if you think the project has no future or an obvious scam.

About the escrow method, it's seems to be a good option but we should not forget that a scam project can always escrow the funds but this doesn't men that the project itself is worth joining.

so its in the start scam bounty and they just waste people time. I dont understand only one- reason for do this, raise money? but who will believe to "this" and invest?

The scam projects are always manipulating the result of their icos. No one will try to put their money to the scam ico. There will no people believe in this project and you should not believe with the result that being published by the scammers to attract the investors.
It has been discussing so many times and there were some scam icos manipulating the result of their icos in the past too. You must see that dude.

I dont understand only one- reason for do this, raise money? but who will believe to "this" and invest?
Sadly, there are blind investors that support the project even without doing further research. That bounty is an obvious scam and those people that keep joining are not looking at the feedback and they post just as they're doing it with hope or just trying out if it will work.
And whoever those people that create bots to continue posting on that thread and others, they all have the same reason and purpose. It's automated and they don't see the trust feedback of the manager or any update about that bounty.
Those who keep creating the reports are bots. It looks like the majority of the newbie accounts who have participated in the campaign are bots.
They will not care about the reputation of the campaign and i do believe if they didn't also care about will they get their payment or not. There's enough awareness to prove it as a scam.

This is somehow interesting to me as it's my first time to imagine that this even possible to create bots who keep posting repetetevly.
I think someone has found it out and observed that after refreshing continuously, he has witnessed the unstoppable posting of newbie accounts.
I forgot who exactly posted that but you can search it somewhere on Meta, I guess or some other boards about those bots.

Op intention is to rise awarnes after bounty hunters ignored his post warning in official bounty page.

About two weeks after the start of the scam bounty, user Xtrafa [bounty hunter] left his feedback announcing that the bounty manager is probably a scammer.
