firefox is painfully slow for me and has been for many, many years. I start off using it for a purpose having abandoned it a few years ago. within a few days that shit is uninstalled again. I don't know why everyone else can make a browser that's bearable and firefox can't.
when I do use I only use the incognito window but I dunno how much is being retained all the same.

I'll use chrome than Firefox instead. Firefox run slowly in my pc (i don't know why). I just run firefox when the site need play a flash player. I think its not only for firefox, it also applied for another browser application. Systems will still recognize your history or chance or cookie, even you already delete it from your browser. So just use third party application like ccleaner.

Just run it in a VM, make a spanshot with freshly installed and customized to your preferences Firefox (all addons, about:config settings, etc), and then roll back to that snapshot when needed (after each session, for example).
