looks like you finally got 6 confirmations now. Must have been the spam attack. This one was much shorter than the one before.

It isn't because of the wallet. I think it might be because someone is spamming again, but not at the levels as previously. That might be slowing down your transaction, although it seems to have a high enough fee.

This may be true, mempool up to 8k+ http://chainquery.com/bitcoin-api/getmempoolinfo

But at this time he has already missed 4 hours of blocks, fee estimate for confirmation in 24 blocks is 0.00004434 currently http://chainquery.com/bitcoin-api/estimatefee/24

This transaction has been stuck at this for hours

I know it's eventually going to reach as it has happend to me before... Can it be because of the wallet I use? It has happend 3-4 times.

Why would you show the TXID and hide the outpoints and outputs? It's all available from the transaction id...

After typing it out from the image... TXID = 5915dfc6e306bfd14d1d41b326c54cc3089caecea7a488ccef643370328026d0

Looks like it's been about 4 hours, with your tx fee of 0.0001 it probably should have confirmed by now, but it's now considered high priority so should be included soon.

The suggested fee is 0.0001 per KB, your TX is just shy of 1 KB, perhaps next time you may want to increase the fee slightly for faster inclusion....

What wallet are you using?

I looked for the TX in the mempool of 3 nodes and was only able to find it in 1 of them:
