My socks don't wear out - but I always lose one. I'd like socks that are quantum entangled, so I'll always be able to find a pair.
Maybe, but the probability of find a not pair is approximately zero. Either way, I won't have to deal with half-pair socks.

With any luck, this kind of thing will catch on. Planned obsolescence is about as greedy as it gets.
