Even if we are not able to prove its a scam coin, but if we have gathered enough information about coin through our tipping model, we can alt least alert our community members to not to invest their hard earn money into that coin.

Interesting initiative, I suppose... However, sometimes it's hard to prove something is a scam. Take Bitconnect for example... I've been telling people about it being a scam as soon as I learned about its existence. However, there was rarely anyone who didn't say "Lending gives us profit" and how could I prove them wrong?
Proving scams is often a very difficult thing to do, sadly.
So the hidden scams won't be listed as scam on your website...
And the obvious scams would be obvious to anyone anyways. If someone falls for them, they didn't really deserve those funds in the first place IMO.
That may sound harsh, but this shouldn't be a new hang-out spot for stupidity.
