I believe Nicehash's answer is pretty straightforward. They don't support the bitmain A3. Like they said, its probably because that ASIC is configured differently.
Theres probably nothing else you can do but to mine with Antpool instead. It should be more or less the same anyway, you'll mine the same amount of SIA.

Too bad, but thats the price you pay i guess.

I'm in exactly the same boat with my A3's. I got exactly the same answer too. Not sure who's at fault here, but I'm guessing there won't be a resolution any time soon if ever unfortunately.

I have spoken with both bitmain and nicehash support and both seem to point fingers at each other.

Nicehash Support:
"Hello,

A3 is not supported on Nicehash. Obviously, Antminer A3 is not using the same protocol for SIA algorithm as we are https://siamining.com/stratum.
We suggest you to contact Bitman regarding this issue.

Kind regards,
NiceHash Team"

Bitmain Support:
"Antminer A3 is using the same protocol for SIA algorithm as the Nicehash is https://siamining.com/stratum (qq://txfile/#).

You are welcome to mine on Antpool.

As for the rebooting, please test as follows to find the cause:

Please try to unplug the power, wait for about 20 minutes then reboot the miner.

Then please try reloading the firmware: https://shop.bitmain.com/support.htm?pid=00720180209143414844tTh8x2o706B6

Run the miner for 20 minutes after loading."

It obviously isn't working with Nicehash but I am running my miners on the siamining pool so it looks to me like Nicehash is lying and just refusing to support the A3's. What could possibly be the solution?
