How so? I haven't bought anything yet but was planning to in the future. Why are they a scam?

So I have been scouring the web in search of some of these miners while not being gouged to hell and I finally found a site that is selling the Antminers at what I consider a fair price AND they take USD/Credit Cards etc.
I have since opted to just buy 3 more 1070 FE's to complete my ETH rig but thought I would share in hopes it helps some of you that have been in my situation of frustration in trying to find one of these.

That is for the in stock, ship now L3+ which is $2,999
You can also purchase from the Sept stock a bit cheaper and if you're willing to wait until their October batch,its like $2,199 I think.
