I have been able to order a couple of L3+'s directly from BitMain.
I ordered them on 9/25, and the Payment mode is Wire Transfer, and have 7 days to pay.
The Cost is as below:

APW3++ for L3+, November batch × 1 Shipping out in November 115 USD
Shipping UPS 125.42 USD
Order Total: 2520.42 USD
Since, this is a premium product, and difficult to get hands on, I am expecting a premium on the same.
The Shipping charges included is to the US, using UPS. BitMain allows one to change the shipping address, so I can change the address and have it shipped to you, as long as you are in the US.
If you are outside the US, I can have them shipped to me, and then ship it to you, at your cost.
