used the same pool at least for 24 hours ,then you going to see your real average hashrate for 24 hours 
i have a few l3+ the reported hashrate on the miner is almost the same what i got on the pool side avg , sometimes more on pool side sometimes a little bit less .Max +/- 10 MH/s /24 hours
