Wow you get the gh wrong….and something is seriously wrong with the price. Link shows 16ghs.  They claim fater units but Bitmain doesnt show these.

Bitmain is selling the units at $15k but your site shows $10k….

Maybe you think you are getting a deal…..you are getting ripped off.  Bitmain is the source….  oneminers are scammers… you can tell by the ridiculously low pricing.

Bitmain originally in their websites do not have the best prices and is usually using reseller channel . It helps to do marketing and sales. 2nd. The Bitmain has certain price for example 12K USD. And seller / reseller can get it from them on contract for 11K USD and to buy 1000 pieces as a batch of production 10% of production for February. Than the price at bitmain as they do not have pare production capacity rise up dramatically. But only in bitmain in other sellers like www.oneminers.com they may have already 10% booked and paid so they already have price 11K. The question is yes. They might rise the price to match Bitmain's but there are other sellers who also booked capacity of production like another 10% or together 90% of production and they all are competing between each other with prices. So it is like that. The pricing of ASIC miners is quite a elaborate thing respecting demand and supply like everywhere. And it is not like one producer and one seller. But the model: One producer and N sellers where producer do not sell (only on higher price).

The price of asics is always different in different countries and from different sellers.

If you are a miner, you will always find a community in your country with verified sellers of mining equipment.
Company oneminers always offer the best conditions for mining from data centers.
Why aren't all the world's miners there yet? Cheesy

Hehe, I figured that as soon as I made that post Bitmain would make the official announcement.  Nice.
I can't find on their website where the price guessing game is.  Supposedly that started already.
If we talk about retail buyers, prices will start from 15,000 dollars, without discounts and coupons, in my opinion.
But large mining companies will probably buy these ASICs for less than $9,000. This is the problem with home mining, if you need to buy 1-2 ASICs.

For lightcoin, asics are not appearing so fast the price of lightcoin is low now, so I am sure that investing in this asic will pay off if there is inexpensive electricity. But I want to see reports on the reliability of the new asic.

The profit is there for the time being but this is normal with any new ASIC-s,this is giving right now from minerstat calculator Merged mining LTC+DOGE 53.87 dollars profit daily and near 20.000 dollars profit a year which as I said is not bad if all conditions of the network, hash rate and difficulty do not change.I assume this is going to have a really high price,I don't know but most likely well over 10.000 dollars which can be a big turn off for many as they can buy like 7000 dollars LTC and 3000 dollars DOGE and do not go through the hassle of mining.

Bitmain announced on Tuesday its plans to launch the new Antminer L9 in May. The company stated on social media that the upcoming ASIC is a “peerless miner” for crypto assets such as LTC, DOGE and BEL. Currently sold out, Bitmain's L7 miner delivers 9,050 MH/s and has an energy efficiency of 0.36 J/M. At current crypto asset values and electricity costs of $0.12 per kilowatt-hour (kWh), L7 generates an estimated profit of $7 per day.

The upcoming L9 will offer 16,200 megahashes per second (MH/s) or 16.2 gigahashes per second (GH/s) hashrate. It outperforms the L7 in efficiency, achieving an energy efficiency ratio of 0.21 J/T. This improvement suggests that for the same energy costs, L9 could potentially double the daily profit compared to L7. However, the latest update from Bitmain on Tuesday did not include pricing details for the upcoming L9 model.

After 3 years, it’s time to change the ASIC for mining litecoins.
