Where in NC?

If another user here wants this equipment checked ahead of time I'd be happy to come take a look providing you're closer to central NC.

Have you moved at all on your high price?

Condition and some screenshots ?

EDIT:

Found another one of these in the Raleigh Area. I've never seen one near here before, linking in case someone else is in the area. Price is still way high.

First of all, shipping to US is $100 or close to it, as Phil posted.
If it is NOT on sale, then it should get some premium, right?

So 1549 maybe is a bit much, but $1132+$100=$1232 +whatever small premium seems fair
However, the item has not been used, which should make premium smaller, not bigger because there is a risk that it is or will be a dud in a short time frame. Ideal used items are probably those that were run either for a week or two (fresh) or over 3 mo (veterans). First eliminates fast breakers and duds and second timeframe greatly reduces late breaking machines (they typically have one board that croaks after 2-3 mo)

Could be $1300-1400 , which makes the asking price of $1549 in vicinity as long as you can bid it down a bit.

I'm not upset at all Smiley
Premiums are fine when warranted.

Item went off sale (not off a sale but FOR sale) a day or 2 ago, not out of stock for months etc. just calling it what it is.

@OP where are you shipping from? Is this item in hand?  Thanks!

You do know you are asking +$500 what they sell them for correct?

thanks!

your wrong  1132 + 100 = 1232  in btc  and he wants 1549 in btc   looks like 317 more  not 500

and 1649 in paypal  is 417 more  not 500 more.

and the gear is sold out.

but I do agree the price is too high.

Hi, I am wrong in saying it is over $500 more,

but why are you saying:

1132 + 100 = 1232  in btc

are you auto factoring in $100 for shipping or something? Where are you basing that amount form? shipping to the US, the UK, in china? is that a flat fee from Bitmain to ship anywhere in the world? Curious because on Bitmain's site it clearly states: "1. The shipping cost is not included in the retail price shown above. Please fill your desired quantity, shipping address and select your preferred shipping service while placing an order to learn the shipping cost to your shipping address."

then the OP says:  plus $50 postage so it would be $270 more  - what is that referring to? Is the OP suggesting that a buyer should subtract $50 from the figures you worked out above? if so then what is the $100 for?

The OP states:

$1649 via paypal

$1549 if paid with bitcoin via escrow service (preferred choice)

The miner is new and came straight from bitmain. Has NOT been used.

So as of a day or 2 ago these were freely available for about a week or so at Bitmains price of: $1132 USD

All i'm saying is that as you agree "the price is too high" especially to do a quick flip on these once they run out of this batch is all Smiley

People are free to pay what they want or to charge what they want, as I am free to comment on it .

Thanks, and good luck with your sale!
