One of my two antminer s1 is mining really slow. only 96 gh's .
the other at 120!
it should be mining at 180.
what can i do?

You need to do a hard reset.  Google it.  Only one blade is working for you.  Write down your settings if you don't know them.  IP address will also be reset during the process.

Shut it down, add more cooling, heatsinks if possible, and then reboot it. It looks like a fan died, so youll either have to get some heatsinks or add more fans, or both.

What is the Asic status? Post a screenshot of the miner status page. Has it ever hashed @ 180? Have you rebooted? What power supply are you using? Need more info.
