It was the PSU as you said, I have change it with a Corsair RM1000 and the S2 is working now, I will upgrade it with a AX1200i as the RM1000 was connected in 2 S3's.
I hope this info helps some one else.

Where do you ovserve such a value? At S2's LCD? At your mining pool side? In miner's web-GUI? Automatic restarts indeed looks like a PSU issue.Remember that you need a PSU with single 12V bus if you decide to replace it (you better replace it...).

Have you tried a different pool? Any dead chips or boards not showing up?
