Sometimes it depends on what coin they are mining, some coins gives higher reject then others. I suggest you to find a bitcoin pool instead....

I'm not familiar with that pool, But check to see if you can set a difficulty setting to the miner, Are the shares rejected because of low diff or stale? Does the site tell you this?
