I recently had an issue with my internet service and the first thing that was changed out was the Arris NVG589 router for a NVG599 router.  Since that has been changed my S3 and S3+ miners will not mine.  I have full access to them on the IP address I assigned them.  The problem seems to be with the new router and I can't figure out why these guys won't mine.  my local p2pool service works along with my bitcond.exe program.  All that is up and running and communicating with other IP addresses on passing transactions or seems to be passing transactions.  my miners have a blinking green light the yellow light is on and there is no Red light.

What I did notice is the IP addresses for the router is divided into two.  the 2.4 GHz IP address starts at 198.162.1.64 and goes to 198.162.1.253. The 5 GHz radio channel starts at 192.168.1.1 and ends at 198.162.1.63  I log in to the router and disable the 5 GHz and try to config my router on the 2.4 Ghz using the 192.168.1.1 but the router tells me I can't because it is used by the 5 Ghz radio even after I have disabled that setup.

So because I can't change the gateway to 192.168.1.1  and it is set to 192.168.1.254 with a IPV4 broadcast of 192.168.1.255  the miners don't seem to like that.

I even went into the Wan interface and change the setup to match the router and still no luck.

Here is the setup I put in the miners.

WAN Interface
Static Address
IPv4 address 192.168.1.201
IPv4 netmask 255.255.255.0
IPV4 Gateway  192.168.1.254
IPV4 Broadcast  192.168.1.255
Use custom DNS Servers  192.168.1.254

I saw mention of DNS server being changed to 8.8.8.8 and I change 192.168.1.254 above to 8.8.8.8 and no luck their either.

I even found on here a mention of changing the Protocol from Static address to DCHP but the only thing in the drop down is DCHP client.  I tried changing that but to no avail.

Now these miners when they had their original settings, Which 2 still do, they worked fine until this router change .

The previous Router I was using with no issue was the NVG589 so I am wondering do I need to ask my internet provider to move me back to the NVG589 router as I have yet to figure out what is incorrect in the NVG599 router.  I did notice on the NVG599 router these IP addresses are set up in that router as Private

Here is the Home Network settings for the ARRIS NVG599
Device IPv4 Address 192.168.1.254
DHCPv4 NetMask 255.255.255.0
DHCPv4 Start Address 192.168.1.64
DHCPv4 End Address 192.168.1.253
DHCP Leases available 178
DHCP Leases Allococated 12
DHCP Primary Pool  Private

Secondary Subnet Disabled
Public Subnet   (blank)
Cascade Router Status   Disabled
IP Passthrough status  On (Public IP address)
IP Passthrough Address (Filled out but wont post on here)

now IPv6 is also available but don't think it comes into play.

So what do I need to do to get this working again?

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
